Maîtriser le Français
It is no secret that the best way to learn a language is to go to a country in which it is spoken, and live, work and study there for an extended period of time.
Mais si ce n’est pas possible?!
This Blog is for those who want to learn, improve and enjoy the French language, but struggle with all the difficulties that come from spending très peu de temps immersed in la belle langue. My aim is to contribute to the collection of un ensemble of DIY resources and ideas for those who seek to mener ce combat.
Some of the resources may be more suitable for those operating in the B2+ range, others will hopefully be useful for everyone. You can get idea as to your level by referring to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
I passed the DELF B2 exam in January 2012 and DALF C1 exam in March 2014. Thus, this Blog features resources and techniques which I have found useful in the pursuit of success in these specific examinations, as well as those which the serve the aim of advancing your level of French in general.
De quoi s’agit-il?
DAFTDELFDALF contains a range of reading, listening, and grammar resources accompanied by my reviews and recommendations. It also has a variety of learning techniques some of which you may find a little idiosyncratic, but which I hope will be of some benefit.
Merci et à bientôt!
I am not an expert, a guru or savant on the French language. I am an enthusiastic student. My limitations will soon become apparent so please give me your comments, advice, suggestions and recommendations! S’il vous plait poster un commentaire in English or en francais.
